Wyatt and Sophia Capes are up!

Our itsy bitsy company is growing! Toad showed at five holiday bazaars this season and although it's starting to wind down, our online storefront is always open and two more capes are available - I'm going to need much more oil for the sewing machine. It's great to know that in this era of corporate jets and legalese there's still room for a person with an idea, a folding table and a few products to start from scratch without investors or consultants and provide a smile on a few faces doing exactly what they love (note: the "person" I'm referring to is me).

What can I say, I'm all sappy with holiday cheer.

From our family to yours, we wish you a wonderful Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Festivus, or any other way you choose to celebrate.

Peace and love,
Frogman, Tadpole & Amanda

The Frogman Cometh - and built a great website!

Behind a glowing computer screen in the wee hours of the morning and after an already long day at the office, Frogman Joe managed to set up a safe and secure online shopping experience for loyal Toad customers! I can't thank you enough Joey, it looks amazing and I can't wait to add more products over the next few days so our entire inventory will be available just in time for Christmas. Thank you!!!

St. Brendan's holiday craft fair ended today and I had a great time meeting some really fantastic people. Events like these are so important because the feedback is priceless - I'm hearing more hats and more Sydney capes in green, and Sophia capes in lime. I'm taking this to heart and ordering more fabric this week!

Butterfly cape is here!

Finally, the Monarch Butterfly cape is here! It is black with orange and yellow wings that spread over the shoulders to the front of the cape, hugging it's owner (yellow lining also available). They are perfect for Halloween, so if you need a last-minute costume, send me an email!
We're aiming for 11/1 to have it available for sale via the website... tell your friends!

Fall News - Trick or Treat?

Halloween is almost here and the butterfly cape can't be ready soon enough! I'm so excited to show off our new creation and hope everyone thinks it's as cool as we do. Pictures coming soon...

Pulling the trigger on the e-commerce site is a big wonderful step. This will be our first jump into the world of credit card processing and although it is an absolute must for retailers, it's a little painful. Once we clear this hurdle, Joe and I will toast a seriously deserved glass of vino!

Up to this point I've enjoyed making capes and caps for friends and family, but keeping enough stock on hand for this upcoming holiday season is a wonderful problem to have - I just hope my fabulous customers don't get too frustrated their orders are taking a time. I'm working hard and appreciate all your understanding. I'm no Amazon... yet ;)

Thanks for your interest and please send us your feedback on products, the site, kudos, or any other suggestions you may have.
